The staff team was very very helpful and excellent. The restaurant was really nice for our food inside the restaurant, I tried appetising dishes.

we only stayed here for 6 nights, as we didn't have time, even so everything was great. the location was good, for example, crane point museum was at a short distance from the hotel. plus it was close to restaurants and golf courses.
The staff were overworked, didn't expect that coming.

Loved the hotel, its decent location and my reasonably large room. The pool was great, the staff here was amiable. The breakfast was great with plenty of outstanding food. The whole experience was such wonderful.
A bit rude staff!

Old, rusty and not well kept. No one to greet after 5 pm on Sunday. had to phone someone to come and give us our keys to the room. Pathetic.

The location is ideal for exploring the Keys and the inviting pool area provided a perfect spot to unwind after work. The staff offered attentive service and the complimentary Continental breakfast had a good variety.

Everything. We hated everything including the staff, cocroaches, ants, mold, mildew, broken elavators, slippery floor, staff was rude and even hung up on us, inexperienced staff. Also, the restaraunt described is shut down, the tiki bar is disgusting, we would never never never stay here again. I would rather be homeless on the beach than live here.

We had a blast enjoying our time out on the water, soaking in the beautiful sea view right from our beautiful king suite. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the family-friendly activities like kayaking and volleyball, keeping our kids engaged throughout our stay.
My wife says that the rooms could use a thorough cleaning, especially the floors, which seemed dirty. It would be great to have more towel hooks for families.

It is very close to Key West, although there was an initial problem with the room [the one they gave us was still occupied and the second one had filthy toilets] the staff has been reactive and dealt with the issues effectively. I liked the room opening on the one side on the swimmimng pool and on the other on the marina which is lovely and quiet.
Extra efforts need to be made in terms of cleanliness.

Cheapest place to stay in the keys we could find at that moment. Very big decent rooms with kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. Good price/quality. Located around the corner from 2 supermarkets and about 2 miles from sombrero beach. Notice the extra resort charge which is not displayed in the price.
Rooms were a bit worn down, but the price was adjusted to this.

The staff was nice even though not very helpful or knowledgable. The location was good, being that it was in the keys.
My room was disgusting, it was nothing like the pictures shown on Booked.net or their website. I feel I did not get what I was promised. The friends I stayed with who booked with Booked.net at the same time as us and paid the same price got a good room, one that resembled the pictures and fit the description. My "villa" did not in any way meet my satisfaction and when I asked for a comparable room to what our friends got I was told nothing coule be done. Meanwhile there was a paper plate covering a whole in a window in our room, there was no private balcony, the room was large but bare with hardly any furniture and a broken dining table, the building we were in is not one that appears in any photos of the hotel and is away from the main buildings. My feet turned black from walking around the room, it was atrocious.
